Thankful Sunday and Love Bites

At this moment I am Thankful for...

* My cute cute primary kids. I am really going to miss them! It has been so fun getting to know them and their cute personalities.

*Family. Holidays are so fun especially when you get to be with family.

*Time off. Chris and I are getting a few days off for Christmas, we have both been working so hard and it will be nice have some time off.

*Christmas dresses. I love going to church and seeing all the cute little girls in there Christmas dresses. They all look so cute! Its fun being able to dress up a little girl, too!

Love Bites!

Chris didn't want me to post this, but i think it's pretty funny I just couldn't resist! We have a cute little boy in our ward that is close to London's age. I guess today they were playing and being so cute with each other. Chris said first he put his arm around her then started kissing her. I guess during the smooch it turned ugly and London was left with some pretty good teeth marks on her face. Too funny!!

Thankful Sunday + Some Pictures from the week

This week we have been locked inside our house because London's been super sick-poor baby!!It turned out to be a good thing because it forced me to get out all the Christmas decorations. I love this time of year!

All dressed up and ready to party-just one problem...the party is all packed up and over with :( We hope next year we don't miss out on the ward Christmas party :(

Here we are just about to leave to go the party (that was over). I am not someone who likes to dress up so this was a big step that I actually did. This is a way bad picture of us, but i am glad i have it for proof that I am not always the poor sport. I did feel very awkward, and I am kind of relieved we didn't see many people
Thankful Sunday...

I am so Thankful to my parents who gave us a really nice train set last year for Christmas(its actually 2 trains). We both love trains and feel very bless to have them. I always grew up with a train around the Christmas tree, and it just wouldn't feel the same without one. London is in heaven, and actually already knows how to control them. Thanks Mom and Dad!! Choo Choo!!I love my nativity scene. My grandma made it and i feel extremely blessed that it's in our home.

I am Thankful for fake trees. This is our first year to have fake tree and I LOVE it. Real trees don't do very well here in AZ (at least ours didn't)
I am so Thankful for Christmas books and stories. I love reading Christmas stories, they are my favorite!! The Tale of Three Trees is my absolute favorite!
I am so Thankful for such a great Sunday. I missed having my family with me at Church today, but i must say it was nice to able to sit through all three meetings without any interruption. I am also Thankful for my primary class, they are all so cute!!

I am so Thankful for the Christmas spirit- I love how everyone is so Jolly around this time of year. Happy Holidays!! Ho Ho Ho!!

Thankful Sunday

At this moment I am thankful for...

*Mommy's little helper. London is such a great helper-she loves to help load the dishwasher, washer and dryer and help put groceries away. She knows how to climb up and over EVERYTHING-you have to keep a close on on this one.

*I am so Thankful that we had a Mommy/Daughter weekend. Chris was out of town and London and i just had a ball. We played, sang many songs, went on a 8 mile run, and read lots of books. I am SO thankful she was such a good girl all weekend.
Although London and I had a good weekend, we are SO thankful Dad came home safe. I wish I got her reaction on camera when he walked in the door...priceless!
*I am so Thankful that my body has been able to hold up during this running business. Once I decide to do something its pretty much set in stone for me. I am Thankful for the people who have helped me, and who have been patient with me the last couple months. I had to give up a couple other things in order to train and I am so thankful for my family and friends for understanding. A couple curve balls have been thrown my way with the timing of this race, but I am confident we will figure out a way to get it all in...I hope! For some reason I was asked to speak in Stake conference the same weekend :0

*I am thankful for a happy healthy family

Thankful Sunday

At this moment I am Thankful for...

*My brilliant husband who fixed my laptop. That's right he fixed the unfixable. He truly is amazing. He spent hours upon hours and had pieces and parts everywhere. He also fixed our car himself and saved us lots of money :) I sure love that he is handy!

(Because My Mom's birthday was yesterday and my sister Ali's birthday is today- I will tell some reasons why I am thankful they are in my life)
*I am so Thankful for my Mom. She really is my best friend and I love that i get to spend so much time with her. We were laughing this week about how she use to tell me, "Your time will come- all your siblings will soon be out of the house and it will just be us". I am so thankful that i got that one on one time with her. It's something I will treasure the rest of my life. I have several friends who's Mom's have passed away, and it makes me realize that everyday is so precious- i don't ever want to take the time we have for granted. I am so proud of her for all the work she does- she is the hardest working women I know. I also love that Chris and her have a great relationship and he truly loves her. I am Thankful that London adores the heck out of her, and anyone who sees what London does when she spots her Grandma would know what I am talking about. Happy Birthday Mom! We love ya!

* I am thankful for Ali because she made me tough! I love that when we see each other it as though we haven't been apart. I am thankful that she sends me text message's to give me the 411 with what's going on in her life or just to say a quick hello. When I hear my phone beep it always get me so excited because i know its her (or my cute nieces) I am thankful for her 3 wonderful children who I just adore. I am thankful she took such great care of me while i lived in Provo. Happy birthday Ali- I love you and miss you tons!

* I am so thankful that I got most of Saturday off to spend with just Chris and London. At one point in the day we were all napping at the same time-It was pure Heaven.

At this moment I am Thankful for...

*My great BIG Mormon family.-I love that we stick together, pray for each other, and hold each other accountable for your actions, but don't judge you for your mistakes. I am thankful for prayer and fasting. I am thankful for Suzanne for bringing us all together for a "family fast" I like what Lisa said best,"they say there is power in numbers so we should be in good shape!" This is a very Thankful Sunday!!

* I am so thankful to be a Mother, and that it gets to be my main job. I am thankful that London is loving and will pretty much go to anyone. I was always so shy and wouldn't go to anyone unless they were my parents or siblings. I am thankful that for the most part she is a Happy child.

* I am thankful for a husband that picks up the slack when I am falling behind. I am thankful he still loves even when I am being crazy.
*I am thankful that my favorite fruit is in season...Pomegranate!! I LOVE these so much and will pretty much pay the big bucks to have them. I even get them in my stocking for Christmas (good thing Chris picked up on tradition)

This Week I am Thankful For...

*The Lamb Family monthly dinner's-This month's dinner was at our house. I am so thankful for these get togethers. Its so great to see the family, and I love that London gets to hang out with all her cousins who just love her so much. Eating all the yummy food isn't too bad either ;)

* I am thankful for awesome hand- me- downs. Chris and I have scored big time in the department. We must have a sign that says "we'll take it" on our foreheads. We got this awesome kitchen table from the Foulger's and I love that we can fit so many people at it.

* I am so Thankful for my new camera. Thanks Doug for letting us buy your camera! I was very proud of myself, I read the the whole manual cover to cover. Can you tell my pictures are getting better and better ???

* I am so thankful for London sense of adventure. She loves to explore everything and we love to watch her. This week she spent about 4 hours just playing in the rocks in our front and back yard. She also loves to climb in and out of baskets and play in the kitchen sick (don't worry its clean)



*And last but not least... I am so thankful the house is clean and all the laundry is done! Chris was a HUGE help and did most of it this week and I so appreciate it!!

I truly am blessed!

This Sunday I am thankful for...



*My Mom who always helps me with everything. she is such a lifesaver and I just love her to death. She keeps me straight and honest.

* I am Thankful we had super Saturday- it was fun! thanks to everyone who came and joined my class. it was fun to chat and do fun projects . i just think the ward is great!

*I am Thankful that my way busy week is over! ( i really need a vacation)

* I am Thankful for my friend Tiffany who sent me a really nice email and kind of got me out of my funk for a moment. Thanks Tiffany-You get the always nice to everyone award :)

* I am Thankful for the wind. I know its sounds crazy, but I love it! The weather has been so great.

*I am so Thankful for Conference! Its nice to be able to get a refresher every 6 months. I loved loved all the talks!

* I am Thankful for answered prayers.

*I am Thankful that I got to spend most of my weekend in my PJ's. While Chris was gone Saturday night, I had a night to myself with yummy junk food, movie and PJ's (it was very well needed night) On Sunday, I also spent the whole day in my PJ's (a girls just needs a day off)

* I am so Thankful that I have such a fun 1 year old.

* I am Thankful that I don't have to buy formula anymore (for now anyway)

* I am Thankful for a forward facing car seat!

*my cute primary class that did so well in the program today.

*my Arizona family (I love that that we get to live close to family- London gets to have so many cousins that love the heck out of her)

*my cute husband who follows me in his car when i go on my long runs. He would also give me water every mile or so-Thank you!!

*my new nano video ipod(my old one had been broken for awhile) It really is as cool as it looks:)

* And last, but not least... cute fun fall clothes for Londee poo(even though it doesn't feel like fall in AZ)
