Easter Part 2

We were SOOO excited when we found out that 2 of Chris's brothers were coming for Easter this year! Making that 4 Rigby brothers and their families together on the special holiday.
We invited everyone over to the farm for a Easter feast!
We had a great time.
I am so happy we live in a big enough place to have people over-its so fun for me!

You can never go wrong when cousins are around! My kids love the their Rigby cousin's.

Get ready for picture overload (some provided by my SIL, Annie)

These 3 are just melt-your-heart cute! And a tad feisty.

Snowbird

My brother, Mitch called to see if Chris and I wanted to take a ski trip to Snowbird in Utah and we jumped right on it.
We stayed at the snowbird lodge one night without kids and one night with (we always had Lucy with us though). My very wonderful SIL and brother took our kids for a night (thank you Tom and Katie)
Anyway- we had a great time!
Chris insisted on skiing with Lucy and she loved it!
the kids tried skiing the second day and actually liked it! We decided we needed to take at least one ski trip a year now!
Thanks Mitch and Nicole we had a blast!

Saving Grace

This is Mattie- She is my cute niece.
Mattie and her sister Morgan are my HUGE helpers.
Chris was out of town for 2 weeks and they were my saving grace!
I am so grateful to them and love them like crazy!!
Thanks girls for all your help.

Horses and cousins

Oh my goodness we sure had a good time with my sister in town. I love her kids! Her kids love my kids and that makes me so happy! London was in heaven. Cousin sleepovers might be her favorite thing. They are all older then her, but still so good to her.

Ps-London says she wants to be a cowgirl now and Everett just asked for boots like Grandpa's.
Farm life=my kids idea of heaven

BirthDAY

My SIL, Michelle was kind enough to have the older kids over for a play date on Everett birthday. I can't think of any other place they would want to be. They love it there! I think they love it even more now that they have a dog.

The tease (day 187-193)

It was son fun having my sister and her family visit for 3 weeks. My sister was a trooper being 9 months pregnant with her 5Th child. Claire and Everett are a couple months apart and it was so fun watching them interact. Claire was such a tease and Everett had no idea how to react. so funny!

Missing you! (day154)

My brother, Tom and his family moved to Utah this week. Its been beyond sad.

These 4 girls have always been together. I had fun taking their pictures, but we for sure missed Abbie!

Soon Kinny will be off to college and the other girls won't be too far behind.

I hate that we are all getting older, but at the same time i can't wait to see where life take these girls. They are AMAZING!

Utah(day 116)

I headed to Utah for my Grandma's funeral. I came alone(kids and husband free) and it felt very weird. I missed my kids like crazy! I have never left my family behind, but with such a short notice trip it had to be done. I won't lie it was kind of nice. I never get to really enjoy my nieces and nephews/ brothers and sisters like I did before kids.

My niece Mattie (almost 9) was the best entertainment on the flight to Utah. I laughed the whole time. My niece Alex (17) was my constant companion and I loved every minute of it! We were both freezing and made each other laugh the whole time. My niece Isabel (almost a year) was so fun to hold-she will be right in the middle of my two boys and I can't help but think of the great cousins they will become. My Sister, Suzanne and I went for a run in Eden I swear! Utah is so beautiful and that run alone was worth the trip. Plus... its a major plus to have a straight hour to talk it up with your sister. I could go on and on. I loved my trip! It was wonderful!

Two sets of twins (cousin's style) (day 106)

Today we got to spend the whole day with cousins

Michelle (my SIL) was out of town so they played at our house. The kids had a blast and we LOVED having them here!!

London and Lyndee are 2 months apart and Everett and Jayson are 6 weeks apart (although I am pretty sure Jayson could take Rett in a wrestling match)

It was like having 2 sets of twins!! So fun!

Sleepover (day 57&58)

When Chris is out of town I have a couple of my nieces over to help me out
They are such a huge help!!
They play with the kids, change diapers, get them dressed, feed them breakfast, and take them to the park. My kids love it!!
Thank you girls!! We love you!
