This week I am thankful/grateful that London is 18 months old so she can finally attend nursery! YEAH FOR NURSERY!
Today was actually her 3rd week in nursery and I am pretty sure she loves it (although today she was just sooooo tired!) I am so thankful for GREAT NURSERY leaders who are just fantastic!(Thank you Sara and Marie) It was so nice to able to sit and enjoy Sunday school and RS... at least until Sept :)
Here are a few things about London...
*She is obsessed with Elmo and I mean obsessed!
*She talks like crazy, sometimes 3 words at a time. I get blown away that I am having full on conversations with her.
*She loves books and will bring me about 12 a day to read to her
*She is very independent and doesn't want much help from Mom
*She LOVES Popsicles, frozen gogurts and ice cubes (pretty much anything frozen and cold just like her Mom) Our house Motto is, "Every thing's better frozen" such as chocolate, laffty taffy, grapes you name it we freeze it -YUMMY!
*She loves her showers and will stand right under the running water for as long as I will let her.
*She loves to brush her teeth sometimes 5x a day
*She is one tough cookie-she sheds no tears for bee stings, cuts on glass, shots, falls etc... but if she doesn't get what she wants or she is overly tired, bring on the water works! She is a total tom boy but still has the crazy emotions of a girl that's for sure!
*She is finally attached to something...her blanket! For so long nothing would comfort her, now she is very much attached to her blanket, but it doesn't leave the house and she knows that.
*She loves to pick out her own shoes and really doesn't like to be barefoot, even in the house.
*She does not like Mom doing hair and has been known to push my clients and say "bye bye!"
*Her new nickname is "The Wedge" because she has to wedge herself in between everything like, Dad touching Mom, Mom working, Mom/Dad on the computer, phone or watching TV etc... she sure likes to be front and center when it comes to attention.
*She senses somethings about to change with the new addition and tries with all her might to push in Mommy's tummy-This is actually really funny to watch!
*She loves to sing and picks up lyrics really fast. We love to hear her sing its so cute!
We took her for her 18month check up and the Dr said she is doing awesome!
She is 95% for height
60% for weight
45% for her head
We just love our Londee girl and are so grateful we have a happy healthy child!

Yay Nursery!!! We love London too. Kate saw her pictures and started saying "don, don, don." I think its so sweet that she recognizes her friend and is excited to see her. Kate is lucky to have London for a friend!
I saw you sitting there today in RS and thought this very thing, that you looked so peaceful sitting there with no kid!! Yea for nursery! Jessica was also obsessed with elmo at that age. I have tons of elmo and sesame street videos (VHS) you can have if you want. My kids don't watch them anymore, and London would probably love them. Let me know.....
What pretty pictures! It is so nice once they go to nursery and those months of pacing the halls are over. Brigham is just starting to get fussy in class so we begin the more time in the hallway than in class for the next few months. How fun that your having a boy! You still barely show and now your on the tail end of your pregnancy--wow!
Yea for you! Yea for the Wedge! :)
Liz, she looks so cute and so big!!
She is a cutie, Lizzy! Taggart does some of those same things. They are so cute and independant!
I love that she is in nursery now! She is so much fun and one fussy week is nothing at all ;)
