Last time I went off sugar it was for two months. I didn't have it until I said I would have it. I thought i could train myself to just have a little, but my brain doesn't work like that. So here we go again. I am a cold Turkey kind of gal! And, I put this on my blog because I am a women of my word- plus I know my peeps who read my blog will hold me accountable? Does anyone read my blog?? I 'll just pretend it will help me get through :)Wish me luck!
